Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24hrs for cancellations. Appointments that “no show” will automatically be charged full price for the service cost on the next visit. Cancellation on the same day will be charged half price of service and noted to the account. Please confirm your appointment via text message or email the day before. If the appointment is not confirmed it will be automatically canceled. There is a seven minute late policy, if you are more than 7 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule.
